Prohibited Content

Harmful Content

• Depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, or suicide
• Contains threats, harassment, or bullying
• Promotes hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age
• Contains graphic violence or gore
• Promotes dangerous activities or challenges

Sexual Content

• Sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Sexual exploitation or abuse
• Content that sexualizes minors in any way

Child Safety

We have zero tolerance for content that exploits or endangers children. This includes:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Content depicting minors in harmful situations
• Content that could facilitate harm to children
• Predatory behavior toward minors

We report violations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Deceptive Content

• Misinformation that could cause harm
• Manipulated media intended to deceive (deepfakes)
• Scams, phishing, or fraudulent schemes
• Impersonation of individuals or organizations

Prohibited Activities

You may not engage in the following activities:

System Abuse

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Circumventing security measures or access controls
• Uploading malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Interfering with or disrupting our services or servers
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Attempting to reverse engineer our software or AI models

Service Abuse

• Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users
• Reselling or redistributing our services without authorization
• Using our service for competitive intelligence without consent
• Submitting false reports or abusing our reporting system

Spam and Manipulation

• Sending unsolicited bulk messages
• Artificially inflating metrics or engagement
• Coordinated inauthentic behavior
• Promoting pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing

Content Guidelines

When using Qume, we encourage you to:

• Only upload content you have the right to use
• Respect the privacy of others who appear in your content
• Be truthful and authentic in your content
• Follow platform-specific guidelines when analyzing social media content
• Report violations when you see them

Enforcement

We take violations of this Policy seriously. When we identify violations, we may:

• Warn: Issue a warning for minor or first-time violations
• Remove: Delete content that violates this Policy
• Restrict: Limit access to certain features temporarily
• Suspend: Temporarily suspend account access
• Terminate: Permanently terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations
• Report: Report illegal activity to law enforcement

The action we take depends on the severity of the violation, whether it's a repeat offense, and the potential for harm.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this Policy, please report it to us:

• Use the "Report" feature within the platform
• Email us at abuse@qume.ai
• For urgent child safety concerns, contact law enforcement directly

We review all reports and take appropriate action. While we may not be able to share the specific outcome, we investigate every report.

Appeals

If you believe we made an error in enforcing this Policy against your account or content, you may appeal by contacting appeals@qume.ai. Include your account information and a detailed explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect. We will review your appeal and respond within 10 business days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to address new types of abuse or clarify existing rules. We will notify you of significant changes by posting an announcement and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
